Who’s Theint?
TLDR: Call me T. I started designing in nonprofits helping refugees and farmers in Myanmar, moved into tech, and now I design complex enterprise products. Energized by hard problems and good people.
I know what you’re thinking: How do I pronounce this name? 🤔
It’s Burmese, and no I don’t expect anyone to say it correctly, it’s nearly impossible for most people considering it’s not even English. So I go by T. Simple, memorable, and zero opportunities for errors.
My path into design started in the non-profit sector, where I worked with refugees at the IRC and created solutions for farmers at Proximity Designs, crafting solutions for Myanmar’s farmers. From there, I switched my path to tech from building web experiences startups, creating SaaS dashboards for AgTech at Corteva, to today, designing for multi-layered complex HR workflows at Alight Solutions.
Creative problem solving and systems thinking energizes me. And working with collaborative, authentic, curious people brings me joy.
