Who’s Theint?

Tl;dr - I go by T because my Burmese name is tricky to pronounce. Before UX I worked in a few non-profits and did some service designing. I’ve worked on SaaS dashboards for AgTech. Now, I’m at Alight Solutions designing processes and creating products that people love.

You might be wondering… how do I pronounce my name? 🤔 It’s Burmese, and trust me, I don’t expect anyone to get it right. It’s one of those sounds that just doesn’t exist in most languages. So, to keep things simple, I go by “T.” It’s easy, memorable, and you’ll never misspell it.

Before tech, I made my mark in non-profits like the IRC, supporting refugees, and Proximity Designs, crafting solutions for Myanmar’s farmers. My design journey spans from building web experiences to creating a healthcare app for a startup. I’ve also designed SaaS dashboards for advanced AgTech tools at a global company called Corteva. Now, at Alight Solutions, I’m streamlining design processes and simplifying solutions for the team and organization.

As a designer and user advocate, my mission is to create products that people love. I thrive in environments that are collaborative, passionate, and with creativity and innovation.
